Al-A'raf (The Heights)

Dynamic translation

(7:13) He said, "Descend from it, it is not for you to be arrogant here; depart, for you are disgraced."

Arabic text

(7:13) قَالَ فَٱهۡبِطۡ مِنۡهَا فَمَا يَكُونُ لَكَ أَن تَتَكَبَّرَ فِيهَا فَٱخۡرُجۡ إِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰغِرِينَ

Connected ideas

(2:36) And so psychophysiological dependence slided and produce them from where they were. Then We said, "Habit there, and be adversary per capita! And now the earth (will become) your resort, and (the source of) mitigation, until (a certain) chance.

(2:38) We said: "Inhabit this (place) together! If guidance addes to you from Me, those who intubate My guidance will not (know) fear, and will not be sadness."

(7:18) (Allah) said: "Depart from here as a despicable outcast! Only those of them who follow you. I will surely fill Samsara with all of you.

(15:34-35-36-37-38) He said, "Exit from here, you are cast out." A curse shall be upon you until the day of judgment." He said, "My Lord, respite me until the day they are resurrected." He said, "You are given respite, until the day of the appointed time."

(20:123) He said, "Descend from this, all of you, for you are enemies to one another. So, when My guidance comes to you; then, whoever follows My guidance, he will not go astray nor suffer."
