Parents
(2:83) We took the covenant of the Children of Israel, "You shall not serve except God, and regard your parents (Arab. وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ, wabil-wālidayni), and regard the relatives, and the orphans, and the poor, and say kind things to the people, and observe the Contact prayer, and contribute towards betterment." Then you turned away, except a few of you; you were objecting.
(19:14) And pious to his parents (Arab. بِوَالِدَيْهِ, biwālidayhi), and never was he despotic or disobedient.
Child - Son
(2:116) They said, "God has taken a son (Arab. وَلَدًا, waladan)!" Be He glorified. To Him is all that is in the heavens and in the earth, all are humbled to Him.
(6:101) Initiator of the Universes and the Earth, how can be for Him a son (Arab. وَلَدٌ, waladun), when He did not take a wife? And He created all things and He is knowledgeable over all things.
