Dynamic translation

(3:28) The immunized should not take the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. And whoever does this has nothing (to do with) Allah, except (in those cases) when you responsibly (predict) on their part (mutual) responsibility. Moreover, Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the Destiny.

(3:28) لاَّ يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُوْنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ أَن تَتَّقُواْ مِنْهُمْ تُقَاةً وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ اللّهُ نَفْسَهُ وَإِلَى اللّهِ الْمَصِيرُ

Connected ideas

(4:89) They hope that you would reject as they rejected, then you would be the same. So do not take any of them as allies until they emigrate in the cause of Allah. If they turn away, then take them and kill them where you find them. And do not take from them any ally or supporter.

(4:138-139) Give (news) to the Hypocrites that ailing sufferers are (prepared) for them, those who choose the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. Are they trying (to attain) greatness on their own? So all Greatness (is inherent) in Allah!

(4:144) O you who immune! Do not take the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. Do you intend to give Allah an obvious argument against you?
