(2:48) Beware of a day where no person can avail another person, nor will any intercession be accepted from it, nor will any ransom be taken (Arab. يُؤْخَذُ, yu'khadhu), nor will they have supporters.
(2:51) We appointed a meeting time for Moses of forty nights, but then you took (Arab. اتَّخَذْتُمُ, ittakhadhtumu) the calf after him while you were wicked.
(43:16) Or has He selected (Arab. اتَّخَذَ, ittakhadha) daughters from among His creation, and He has selected for you - sons?
To take allies
(3:28) The immunized should not take (Arab. يَتَّخِذِ, yattakhidhi) the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. And whoever does this has nothing (to do with) Allah, except (in those cases) when you responsibly (predict) on their part (mutual) responsibility. Moreover, Allah warns you of Himself, and to Allah is the Destiny.
(4:89) They hope that you would reject as they rejected, then you would be the same. So do not take (Arab. تَتَّخِذُوا, tattakhidhū) any of them as allies until they emigrate in the cause of Allah. If they turn away, then take (Arab. فَخُذُوهُمْ, fakhudhūhum) them and kill them where you find them. And do not take (Arab. تَتَّخِذُوا, tattakhidhū) from them any ally or supporter.
(4:138-139) (4:138) Give (news) to the Hypocrites that ailing sufferers are (prepared) for them, those who choose (Arab. يَتَّخِذُونَ, yattakhidhūna) the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. Are they trying (to attain) greatness on their own? So all Greatness (is inherent) in Allah!
(4:144) O you who immune! Do not take (Arab. تَتَّخِذُوا, tattakhidhū) the Deniers as allies, which who are (in degree) lower than the Immunized. Do you intend to give Allah an obvious argument against you?
